Sanders Fine Portraits is a nationally recognized luxury portrait studio known for creating deeply meaningful family artwork.

We are hiring experienced outbound phone sales closers to convert warm leads into booked portrait sessions. This is not a customer service role. This is a high-energy, phone-based sales role for a professional who knows how to guide, influence, and close.

What you'll do:

Make outbound calls to warm leads who have expressed interest

Create excitement and urgency around booking their session

Fill our studio calendar with qualified, committed clients

Track your activity and results in our CRM

Participate in coaching and performance reviews

What top performers in this role have:

3+ years of phone sales or appointment setting experience

Comfort with high volume dialing (100+ calls/day)

A warm, confident, engaging phone presence

Strong objection handling and closing instincts

High personal accountability and work ethic

Compensation & Schedule:

Hourly base + performance bonuses

Top performers earn $85K+

Full-time, Monday-Friday 9am-6pm EST

Fully remote with structured schedule

Paid training + ongoing coaching
