Sanders Fine Portraits is seeking a seasoned, in-person sales closer to lead sales consultations for custom, high-ticket portrait artwork. This position is designed for an experienced professional who has already built a successful career in consultative, discretionary sales and is confident guiding clients to meaningful decisions.

If you are still developing your closing skills or coming from a primarily retail or customer service background, this role will not be the right fit.

What You Will Do

Lead in-studio sales consultations for custom portrait artwork

Build trust quickly and guide clients through emotionally meaningful decisions

Present premium options with confidence and professionalism

Close same-day sales consistently

Represent a luxury brand with warmth, polish, and discretion

Participate in weekly team training and performance development

Minimum Requirements - Please Read Carefully

We will only consider candidates who meet all of the following criteria:

5+ years of in-person, consultative sales experience

Proven closing responsibility with discretionary purchases

Average sale value of $1,500 or higher

Documented history of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Comfort following a structured sales process while maintaining authenticity

Availability to work Sundays plus 1-2 additional in-studio days per week

This is not a retail, customer service, coaching, or entry-level sales role.
